Neonatal Care Support

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is considered a rough indicator of a country's overall healthcares scenario. Although India has reduced its infant mortality rate (IMR), it is not sufficient owing to proper Neonatal cares. Unfortunately, households with low-income levels cannot afford the proper treatment which results in an increase in IMR. Within certain areas, there is a lack of even basic newborn cares.
Keeping in mind the future of the country and with an aim to support the parents of a newborn who cannot bear the high-cost medication or who cannot even access the basic newborn cares. Areez Khambatta Benevolent Trust had donated ventilators for H M Patel Medical Centre in Charotar Arogya Mandal at Karamsad, Gujarat, India.
The objective of donating these 2 ventilators is, to ensure that the newborn has better survival chances and grow up in a healthy way. Today, every month, many newborns are taking benefit of this humble donation.
